The open area on the main floor includes a highly-functional kitchen and eating bar plus a dining area and living room area surrounded by windows looking out to Bear Lake. Family and guests may enter the home through a large mud/laundry room with plenty of space for sitting while preparing for indoor/outdoor activities.
The second floor, in addition to two guest rooms with lofts, also has a family room with a loft for a children’s play area. The “bunk room” with two, three-story bunk beds plus an extension with four bunk beds is a special place for the children to sleep right next to the play loft.
As the sun sets over the water of beautiful Bear Lake, the large stone fire pit becomes the gathering place at the end of a playful day before all retire to the coziness of this home.
