With over twenty years of experience in home building, we have established a process that offers our clients a clear path to a beautiful home.
- Our process begins with a client conversation with principals Rich and Mike and perhaps the designer or architect.
- We will be pleased to tour some of the homes we have built with you so you can see the superb quality of every aspect of the homes. We are especially proud of the finish work and the quality of materials we use, such as wood window frames, no PVC, and a tour gives you the opportunity to observe, comment or question.
- We will have a discussion about our transparent billing process and the options you will have to make changes to upgrade or substitute materials or alter the plans when and where desired.
- We will connect you with a designer or architect and upon receipt of the plans, we will give you a cost estimate.
- A timeline for the different stages of the build will be estimated, depending on factors such as subcontractor availability and weather.
- As the build begins, we continually oversee the progress and keep you informed of any timeline, cost or suggested design changes.
- Near completion of the build, we will examine every detail of the home to identify any corrections or changes that need to be made. We will ask you to do the same and then review our lists to be sure you are totally satisfied.
- After you move in, we ask you to notify us of any problems you discover so that we can correct them expediently.
- We will make recommendations for interior design and landscaping, and keep those contractors informed of the timing of the build.
- We may request that you allow us to photograph your home for future advertising.
